Area - Content Collector will attend any property or venue by appointment.
Appointment Booking - Appointments can be made by contacting sales@contentcollector.com or by phoning 01233 731269. Your appointment will be acknowledged by email confirming the schedule of services, location, date, time, cost and any specific access and contact details.
Content Collector Visit - Content Collector will attend any appointment on time providing a polite, professional and helpful service. Property/venue visits generally last between 30 minutes and three hours depending on the size of property and services required.
Image Processing - The images we capture are processed overnight. We select and enhance all images ensuring they can be displayed in their best possible light at all times for both print and website presentation.
Approval from you - As we use digital cameras you will often be given a selection of angles to choose from. Images will be displayed on a secure proofing site awaiting your confirmation and any relevant text addition.
Delivery - Content is delivered in most cases within 24hrs and can be hosted by Content Collector or on your own web server.
Terms & Conditions
A cancellation fee of 50% will apply if verbal or written notice is not given to the Content Collector area agent at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Content Collector aim to deliver all images and floorplans to account holders within one working day of property access - but guarantee two days.
Content Collector aim to deliver EPC's to account holders within one working day of property access - but it may take longer.
The minimum charge for a job is for the services ordered. In many circumstances we will take more photographs of each room than you have ordered (for which there is no charge) - if you then request these additional images the cost will be added to your invoice.
The standard floorplan cost is up to 1200 sq ft with an additional charge of £5.00 per 100sq ft above this.
Content Collector floorplans are for illustrative purposes only. Whilst every care is taken in the preparation of Content Collector floorplans, all dimensions and shapes should be checked before making decisions reliant upon them.
Studio processing of images and floorplans do not take place at weekends.
Payment of invoices is required within 14 days of invoice date.
